Do I pay at time of online reservation?
No, there is no prepayment. Pay when you return to the hotel and before you pick up your vehicle.
How and when do I pay?
Pay at the Valet booth on the driveway. Our hotel accepts cash and all major credit cards.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations can be cancelled or changed any time before the start of the reservation.
If I'm a guest of the hotel, can I use this parking?
Yes, however, this is storage parking only and does not allow in and out privileges.
How do I get to and from the airport?
Free transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport, all terminals are served. The shuttles are scheduled every 15-20 minutes at the hotels and the terminals. Due to airport construction, lane closures and other activities, please allow extra time. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time.
How do I make sure my car is available when I return?
Upon getting your baggage, please text 310 570 7333 to have your vehicle waiting for you on the drive. Please note that shuttles are only allowed to stop at the Red Overhead sign that reads: Hotel & Courtesy Shuttles
What are your hours of operation?
The Marriott follow signs to the pickup location. Parking facility and shuttle service is open and available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to serve our guests.
What other services are available?
Starbucks is open every day 5:00AM to 8:00PM for that quick beverage. Free wifi is available in the hotel lobby.
How safe is my vehicle?
We provide 24-hour roving security, high level lighting and security gates on the premises. Your car is safer than parking in your own garage!
